Job Describle
1.Labour ，production equipment and tooling cost evaluation for new project.
新项目的人工，设备和工装成本评估。
2.Production capacity calculation and improvement.
生产产能规划和改善。
3.Participate prototype sample making, support product engineer complete sample build, process parameter setup and result record.
参与样品试制，支持产品工程师完成样件制作，过程参数设定以及样件结果记录。
4.Feasibility study of manufacturing. Production flow and process design. Line setup, create and verify process parameters.
制造可行性研究生产流程和工艺设计，产线搭建，过程参数创建以及验证。
5.Documents preparing, make Flow chart, PFMEA and WI etc.
文件准备，制作流程图，PFMEA和作业指导书等等。
6.New equipment, tooling, jig development and verification.
新设备，工装夹具的开发以及验证验收。
7.Be responsible for the training of operator for WI.
负责操作人员培训工作。
8.Defect analysis, line trouble shooting.
不良分析，产线异常处理。
9.Improve the process and continues improvement. Such as production layout optimization, quality improvement, line balance, error proof etc. to increase the productivity.
改善流程工艺以及其他持续性改善，例如生产布局优化，质量改善，产线平衡，防呆等等以提高生产率。
10.Lead production line complete new product FA and get it approved by QA.
主导生产线完成新产品组装，并得到QA的合格批准。
11.Lead new products trial run (OTS) and PPAP running.
主导新产品试跑 (OTS) 以及PPAP生产。
12.Provide production routing time and capacity study.
提供生产工艺流程时间以及产能分析研究。
Requirements 任职要求
1.Technical education (BSc, MSc or equivalent), major in Industrial Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering/ Mechanics or equivalent.
工科背景，主修车辆工程/电子信息工程/机械专业，本科学历及以上
2.Above 5 years of experience in engineering, and 3 years wiring harness industry experience.
5年工程技术岗位工作经验，3年线束行业经验
3.Able to conduct product/process audits according to TS16949/ VDA6.3 per project demand
能够按照TS16949/ VDA6.3要求，执行产品/工艺稽核。
4.Familiarity with Office and AutoCAD and ERP or SAP system.
熟悉OFFICE和AUTOCAD,ERP或者SAP系统。
5.Good understanding of Automotive wiring harnesses and its production process.
精通汽车线束行业制造工艺。
6.Ergonomics and IE know-how.
具备人机工程学及IE的相关知识。
7.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good team work spirit
善于沟通协调，具有良好的团队精神
8.Deeply understanding automotive wiring harness manufacturing requirements.
