Fundamental Purpose 基本描述
The function of the Quality Engineer is established to assist and assistance the QM in making warranty procedure, working method, testing requirements; implement effective communication with corporate warranty team and complete CMF plant task and target excellently.
协助质量经理制定warranty的流程，工作方法，测试要求；与总部warranty 团队有效沟通，出色地完成AAM常熟工厂warranty各项任务与指标。

Main Responsibilities主要职责
1.To be the main contact window toward customers for warranty issue
顾客warranty问题的主要联系窗口
2. Represent the voice of the customer in AAM Changshu
代表AAM常熟工厂客户的声音
3. To be team leader of 8D report
领导完成8D报告的分析
4. Responsible for warranty cost KPI
对Warranty 成本关键绩效负责
5. Maintain customer interface system,such as GM-PRTS, Chrysler, Benz Etc.
维护客户主要界面系统，如GM-PRTS, Chrysler, Benz
6. Working close with WHQ&QETC center to well understand AAM Warranty requirements and and capability to fully communication and capability to create the warranty report.
紧密的合作与总部工程质量中心，充分的理解AAM warranty的要求和有能力充分的理解总部的要求&有能力创建warranty报告。
7. Get customer satisfaction finally
实现客户满意。
8. Formulate and perfect the plant warranty policy and procedures, and ensure them to comply with policy and strategies of the corporate.
根据要求制订、完善Warranty政策和程序，使之与公司总部的策略相一致。
9. Familiar with operation process of each station in CMF, and have a good understanding of product characteristics and functions.
熟悉常熟工厂每个岗位的日常操作流程，充分理解产品的特性和功能。
10．To provide technical and conceptual training to those who need them on areas of product quality, quality compliance, TS16949 concepts, statistical tools, as well as other well known productivity tools.
提供技术和概念性的培训对那些需要获得产品质量，质量一致性，TS16949概念，统计方法和其他的运作工具。
11. Make and follow project timing Plan, action Plan and new project 4 square registers
按照项目计划做好自己的工作,完成工作计划和项目计划。
12. Communicate and train operators (ride& drive tester) to perform QM management in their own positions.
与部门经理交流并培训质量检验员和操作工做好本岗位内部的工作。（RideDirve testing）
13.Collect data and update warranty chart on time, make analysis and improvement.
每月收集原始数据维护并及时更新Warranty图表、 并且进行分析加以改进。
14.Customer complaint handling, work closely with customer and provide effective support. Internally, work with related department to work out effective action plan for customer's complaint in aggressive timeframe.
客户投诉的处理，与客户保持紧密的联系并提供有效的支持，内部，与相关部门就客户的投诉提供有效的行动计划并按期实施
15. Coordination customer audit and visit, follow up the audit findings and corrective action progress which find by customer.
客户审核及参观事宜的安排，跟进审核中所发现问题的改进和处理活动。
16. Other assignment that may be required by QM.
完成质量经理交办的其它工作。

Special Working Requirement特殊工作要求
