职位描述：
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
？ Overall support department head for finance and controlling activities to achieve the objective in iwis shanghai
？ Responsible for fixed asset management including but not limit to fixed assets accounting and annual fixed assets counting .Safeguard company assets.
？ General ledger maintenance including handling journal entries, inspect expense reimbursement, accrue and amortize expense on accrual basis. Reconcile GL and subledger.
？ Maintain relationship with SAFE, ensure declaration has been done and keep KPI in good level
？ Verify daily bank account booking and monthly bank reconcilation, handling weekly payment process
？ Together with department head communicate with headquarter for SAP new function testing and implementation.
？ Review China financial statements and reconcile if necessary.
？ prepare and ensure timely, accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
？ resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
？ ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
？ maintenance of accounting control procedures
？ financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process according to group deadlines
？ close contact to all relating authorities, ensure that all financial and legal documentation and reporting is handled accurately and timely

Qualification:
     senior accounting degree or equivalent
？ good knowledge of Chinese accounting practices and principles
？ knowledge of international accounting principles
？ knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations, working experience with Fiscal Authorities
？ good knowledge and experience of Microsoft computer applications
？ proficiency in SAP user knowledge
？ a minimum of 5 years experience in accounting, financial reporting, financial data analysis, taxation
？ good English
