Qualification Requirement:
任职要求:
1. Diploma or Bachalor degree, major in Human Resources or Administrative Management, English, Labour and Social Protection are preferred
大专或本科学历,人力资源或行政管理、英语、劳动和社会保障等相关专业优先;
2. Working four days a week or more;
每周工作4天及以上;
3. Have working experience is preferred;
有工作经验者优先;
4. Proficient in spoken and written English;
英语口语及书面表达流利;
5. Self-motivated, initiative and able to work well with minimal supervision
自我激励,主动,能够在最低限度的监督下很好地工作
6. Honest, team cooperation spirit, positive attitude, willing and quick to learn
诚实,团队合作精神,积极的态度,愿意和快速的学习
HR Key Responsibilities:
HR 方面主要职责:
C&B/薪资福利
1. Employee daily attendance management, Responsible for salary calculation, CPF payment issue;
日常考勤管理,薪资结算,社保缴纳;
2. Responsible for the commercial insurance and reimbursement;
商业保险及相关报销;
3. Cooperate Labor bureau with yearly labor inspection and meet all legal requirements;
配合劳动局的年度审核,保证公司相关事务符合法律要求;
4. Follow up SPF Center new policy to enable company always in legal position;
跟进社保公积金中心的政策,使公司处于合法地位;
5. Arrange Occupational Health and Safety, and annual physical;
安排职业健康体检及年度健康检查
6. Responsible for kinds of bonus and manage incentive policy;
负责所有奖励政策及激励政策;
7. Daily follow up and introduction of production data report to be fully updated about every employee performance.
日常生产报表更新.
Recruitment/招聘
1. Assistant handle recruitment affairs;
负责招聘事务;
2. Responsibility for recruit channel’s daily maintenance;
负责招聘渠道的日常维护;
3. Responsible for all formalities related to on-broad, probation, exit;
新员工报到、试用期考核及离职等相关手续的办理;
4. Employee personal-files daily maintain;
员工个人档案的日常维护;
5. Update labor contract change into to the Labor Bureau system;
劳动局系统中及时更新劳动合同新签、续签、终止等情况
Training/培训
1. Take leader of orientation training;
新员工入职培训;
2. Specific post certification and relevant documents maintain;
特殊工种职位证书及相关文件维护。
Employee Relationship/员工关系
1. Arrange and organize all employee activities needed to create and maintain a healthy working atmosphere;
安排组织员工活动,建立和维护公司健康的工作氛围;
2. Keep close eye on government policy and internal sharing immediately.
关注政府政策并及时与内部员工分享。
ADMIN key responsibilities/行政方面主要职责:
1. Handle everything related to transportation or accommodation if required;
所有交通食宿的安排。
2. Take care of living & working permit for expatriate;
外国人签证及工作许可证办理;
3. Scrap handling;
废品处理;
4. Cleaning, catering and sanitation;
清洁、饮食、环境卫生等管理;
5. Labour protection appliancestock control and management, also distribution and purchase.
劳保用品库存控制管理,及购买和发放。
