职位描述：
1. Ensures the plant is in compliance with ISO 14001 requirements.
确保工厂的各项操作行为符合环境健将管理体系ISO 14001要求

2. Ensures all permits, conditions, training, etc. are completed to ISO 14001 and OSHA Standards.
确保工厂各项批准许可，培训都符合ISO 104001和OSHA标准

3. Ensures that current operational parameters are consistent with design and permit requirements or conditions.
确保现有的运行参数和设计方案、批准许可保持一致

4. Completes documents and retains all records of samples for the environmental and safety regulations.
完成所有健康安全方面的文件归档，并保留所有记录

5. Formulates general HS&E policies and procedures to be followed by company or plant personnel in compliance with local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)/Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) rules and regulations.
制定并要求公司及工厂员工遵守的EHS应符合当地、州以及国家的相应政策，以及职业安全与健康管理局（OSHA）/环境保护署（EPA）的规则和条例。

6. Consults with all departments on design, modification and use of equipment to insure proper safety devices and practices are in place.
和各部门沟通设备的设计、修改和使用从而确保在工作地点正确使用安全的设备以及执行安全的操作。

7. Conducts internal safety audits to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, and recommends corrective or preventative measures where indicated.
进行内部安全审核，从而发现现有或潜在事故和健康隐患，并提出纠正或预防措施。

8. Keeps managers and employees alerted as to the hazards of working with toxic fumes, dangerous chemicals, and any other hazardous substances.
保持管理人员和员工的工作与有毒烟雾，危险化学品，和任何其他危险物质的危害。

9. Participates in the investigation of accidents and injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for developing countermeasures to prevent reoccurrence.
参与事故以及工伤的调查，并配合准备相应材料与证据以制定应对方案防止重复发生。

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
