职位描述：
1.1 To purchase and plan deliveries so as to ensure that they are received on site to fulfil the production plan.
1.2 By interrogating SAP, to ensure that stock level objectives (including FIFO), are achieved without detriment to operational/customer requirements.
1.3 Ensure that everything is purchased in a cost-effective manner to ensure both the cost savings and the cash flow for the business is optimised.
1.4 To continuously liaise with Production Planner, Business Management and Operational Staff to achieve action points above.
1.5 Work closely with engineering department for spare parts purchasing.
1.6 Monitoring packaging stock reports to place orders and achieve deliveries again as is required for operational requirements.
1.7 To purchase consumable items as required, always ensuring sufficient supply of all relevant PPE, including full maintenance of purchasing database.
1.8 To proactively look for continuous improvement in all areas of the purchasing role covered, ensuring optimum cost effectiveness.
1.9 To liaise as required with purchasing function in Hamburg.
1.10 To source new Suppliers as required.
1.11 To operate purchasing role in compliance with the Group Quality System and the Company Safety Management system.
1.12 To liaise as required with Finance functions regarding payment to suppliers and payment terms.

Desired Skills & Experience:
1.1 Minimum three years purchasing experience, preferably in a mechanical environment
1.2 Good communication skills
1.3 Strong negotiation skills
1.4 Knowledge of logistic is prefered
1.5 SAP knowledge prefered
1.6 Good command of English skills
