职位描述：
SUMMARY: This position is mainly to be responsible for company environmental system building and daily maintain, make sure all related environmental policies implement in company. Monitor company waste water treatment result closely, work with R&D for waste water treatment process relates to new products’ process and designing. He or she interfaces with EHS, R&D, QA, Equipment department on technical issues.
环保工程师的主要职责是负责公司环保体系的建设与维护，协助政府环保部门完成对公司各项规定制度的执行。密切监测废水处理指标，协助研发设计新产品的废水处理工艺，针对技术工艺与相关部门进行协调配合。

RESPONSIBILITIES: The following list of responsibilities highlight the positions however, the list is not all-inclusive.

? Be responsible for waste water/gas treatment process design, optimizing, implementation, monitor and management, make sure all waste water and gas meet effluent standard.
? Formulate the treatment process for waste water & gas, be responsible for employee treatment.
? Assist in schemes and plans formulation, follow up, summarize and report the progress, finish the new process R&D plan accordingly.
? Formulate process documents and responsible for related technical training. Provide necessary technical guidance to relevant operator.
? Assist in production processes capability and quality improvement. Contribute to department cost control.
? Participate in company projects relates to any new construction, rebuilding, expanding and technical improvement project related design audit and proposal approachment. Be responsible for company project environment affection evaluation report and other related reports compile and submission, supervise and make sure company pollution prevention and control progress meet the government related requirement.
? Set up company environment management system, implement state, province, city environment protection policies, regulations, laws and related standards, requirement, knowledge. Deal with government environmental department contacts, report related information to company management and lead the implementation.
? Be responsible for regular test for environment pollution related aspects, includes waste water, waste gas and noise.
? Be responsible for all hazardous waste discovery and dispose, transportation.
? Update the waste water treatment agreement regularly according to requirement; make sure pollutant discharging license validity always.
? Maintain environment protection system.
? Be responsible for other issues relates to environment.

主要工作职责包括但不仅限于：
? 主导废水、废气处理流程的设计、优化、实施、监控及管理，确保废水废气达标排放。
? 制定废水、废气处理流程，并培训员工。
? 协助制定新产品研发方案和计划，跟进、总结和汇报研发进度，完成公司新工艺的开发计划。
? 编制相关的技术、工艺文件等；以及负责技术工艺培训，对相关人员进行技术指导
? 协助部门完成产品制程能力的提升，品质改善，成本控制。
? 参加公司新建、改建、扩建和技术改造项目的设计审查及技术方案论证，负责公司建设项目环境影响评价报告及其他相关报告及许可证的编制和报批工作，监督“三同时”制度的执行。
? 建设公司环境管理体系，落实国家、省、市有关环境保护各项方针、政策、法令和有关标准,对应该培训环保知识；妥善处理与环保部等相关部门的对接工作，向上级领导传达环保局的要求，并主导实施。
? 定期开展年度环境污染物因子（废水、废气、噪声）检测。
? 识别生产与生活过程中产生的危险废弃物并转移。
? 定期更新污水处理协议，并开展排污许可证换证工作。
? 维护环保系统。
? 处理其他与环保有关的事宜。

Qualification Requirements:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Environment, Engineering, preferably Chemical background
? Excellent presentations skills
? Effective problem solving skills
? Able to work with those of all levels
? Self-starter with strong motivation and ambition
? Team player dedicated to overall Company goals
? Ability to accomplish goals without close supervision
? Computer literate; word processing, Excel spread sheet; PowerPoint
? Knowledge of statistics
? Proactive – able to think ahead and act early
资历要求：
大学本科学历环境、工程、化工相关专业
熟悉计算机文字处理及制作报表，熟练使用PPT演示
优秀的独立工作能力和问题解决能力，和谐人际能力具有团队合作精神
