职位描述：
1，Be familiar with the FANUC system, and be able to make and modify the CNC programmers.
      熟悉FANUC系统，会简单的编写和修改CNC程序。
2，Be able to read the drawing, and understand all kinds of GD&T meaning in the drawing.
     能够读懂图纸，理解图纸上各种形位公差的含义。
3，Be responsible for dealing with the on-off operation, heating the machine and abnormal affairs to the CNC machine and washing machine.
    负责CNC与清洗机开关机、热机、异常处理。
4，Be responsible for maintaining the daily production of CNC machine, checking and changing the cutting fluid and the cleaning fluid.
     负责CNC日常的生产维护和保养，切削液与清洗液的检测与更换。
5，Be familiar with the cutting parameters, change, and measurement and maintain of all kinds of blade tool and the usage of the common measurement tool.
     熟悉各种刀具的切削参数，刀具更换、刀具测量和保养，常用量具的使用
6，Collect and record the relative production data in each shift, and statistic the SPC in each shift.
     每班生产相关数据的收集和记录，记录和统计每班的SPC等。
7，Be responsible for controlling the quality in the cutting process of products and managing 5S and safety in the workshop.
     负责产品加工过程中的质量控制，生产现场5S管理和安全管理。
8，Update and record the KOSU record sheet, QRQC, QCDM and so on.
     更新和记录工数记录表(KOSU record sheet)、QRQC、QCDM等。
9，Train the CNC operation and safety issue to the operator.
      CNC操作工的操作培训和安全培训。
10，Other tasks assigned by the superior.
