工作描述：
1. 通过优化工艺，保证产品的质量；
2. 协调生产人员依照生产计划，完成每班的生产任务；
3. 制定及完善作业指导书，并培训一线员工；
4. 正确、完整填写各类工单；
5. 负责生产区域的卫生清洁和生产安全；
6. 持续改善，不断降低生产成本，提高生产效率。
