职位描述：
Job Decription:
1. Process quality management
1.1 Follow CSG HSE procedure.
1.2 Improve the standard work via process checking.
1.3 Quickly organize the team to analyze process quality issue, give the feedback.
1.4 Update process control plan accordding to key process control point identified.
1.5 Work with Process engineer to identify the process failure code. And provide some informations to update PFMEA.
1.6 External and internal quality improvement actions following and executing.
1.7 Lead Internal continuous improvement project based on the process quality issue improvement. Improve the first time quality.
1.8 Process capacity review while process, equipment, tools changing,
1.9 NPI sample management.
1.10 Quality plan making and tracking in APQP, identify the quality defect mode and the inspection approach.
1.11 Control the process when new product is from trial run status to mass production status
1.12 Coach and train QC and operators to improve quality sense. Promote the quality tools using.
1.13 MRB warehouse management. Including Raw materials, semi-product, and finish goods. MRB material disposal in IFS system.
1.14 Process quality data in sharepoint.

2. Supplier quality management
2.1 Purchased materials inspection spec standardization
2.2 New supplier previous assessment.
2.3 Supplier monthly performance assessment and feedback
2.4 Identify and clear supplier requirement, reduce the difference.
2.5 Manage the supplier documents like as ISO certificate, MSDS, PPAPs.
2.6 Make and execute the annual supplier assessment.
2.7 Quality complaint and claim for local supplier and oversea supplier.
2.8 Supplier contract review.
2.9 Monitor the supplier first time quality.

3. Routine work
3.1 Leadership actions, such as RFA, ASA audit monthly, monthly report.
3.2 Make the annual personal budget for quality activity implement.
3.3 Objective setting and performance review in successfactor.
3.4 Give the advice of quality function development.
3.5 Quality cost count and analysis.

Konwledge Skills:
1. Understanding about ISO9001 ,TS16949 and ISO14001 or OHSAS 18001 system;
2. Strong business sense and common sense
3. Be good at quality tools using.
4. Independent thinking, strong at logical and result oriented problem solving
5, Strong communication skill
