his role will be responsible for driving GC emerging brands’ cross border trading e-commerce business under category management team.
Responsibilities
? Drive emerging brands to achieve business performance target by effective and innovative marketing levers, both internally and externally.
? Analyze company data and execute tail-made programs to brands under different characteristics to drive brand growth.
? Execute marketing campaigns including item selection, analysis and optimization. Effective communication between brands and internal team is necessary to make a fruitful result.
? Seek new marketing channels and opportunities to drive emerging brand growth.
? Support emerging brands’ to build up structured page and optimize brand page for better traffic and conversion.
? Work closely with cross-functional teams to expand brand pipeline in multiple verticals, implement campaigns and promotions, etc.
Qualifications
? 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (esp. online marketing) industry or function team, with knowledge and experience in operation including item selection, campaign execution, analysis and optimization.
? Experience to digital marketing in cross-border trading e-commerce preferred.
? Ability to analyze and interpret multiple sets of data and work out concise, insightful analysis.
? Ability to interact and engage with peers with good communication skills.
? Able to work independently and under pressure as well as be a strong team player, always seeking to improve team and organizational performance.
? Self-management skills and self-motivated attitude highly valued.
? Fluent English in both verbal and written is a must.
? Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
? Bachelor’s degree of famous university.
