Your Tasks
- Implement and follow the company’s strategies, values and decisions
- Execute the leadership according to SWEP Basic Beliefs
- Create an efficient work flow and a good working climate through engaged people
- Manage key accounts for various commercial and technical Support in terms of
1. Build overall relationship with different department contacts within key accounts
2. Handle customer RFQ and balanced with SKA managers
3. Trouble shooting (of customer/application issue)
4. Conduct Product & Application to key accounts
5. Manage abnormal situation with customer under competitor’s competition.
6. Familiar and constructive solution to customer’s needs.
7. CRM system (IFS) super users.
- Fluent communication skill for customer to internal company
- Capable to follow up conversion projects and value added projects
- Participate in improvement and development of projects e.g. NPD projects, customer advanced R&D initializing.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager.
Your Key Competences
- University degree in major of Thermal energy and power engineering, Air conditioning and refrigeration;
- At least 3 years experience in related industry. Relevant technical/application support, marketing and sales work experience in selling components of refrigeration / air conditioning industry is much preferred.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office software and basic understanding of calculation tools.

- You enjoy selling and taking challenges, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
