职位描述
-Under the responsibility of the production supervisor, the operation shift leader has the responsibility of:
- Managing the autonomous manufacturing group (AMG) under his responsibility
- Guarantying products deliveries in term of cost, quality and lead-time to end customers for his AMG.
-His mission are:
-- To deploy the production (AMG) organization at beginning .
-- To identify and organise necessary resources (human, material) to fulfil the manufacturing requirement he charged.
-- To analyze performance indicators & implement corrective actions associated
-- To improve manufacturing performance according to Autoliv standards & cost targets
- To support local and global project.
-To deliver daily production plan according to the weekly production plan with the consideration of capacity and change over,
-To lead the team consists of operator and material operator, maintenance technician, quality and production to fulfill the production plan in terms of quality, cost and delivery time. ,
-To follow up and improve manufacturing operation indicator such as OEE,DPMU,LMPU and 5S etc.
-To train and coach the line leader and the operator to meet the company requirement.
-To manage subordinates to work align with the company discipline and policy, ensure the working safety in the responsible area.
-To control the over time, attendance, leave and so on in order to deploy right manpower resource for smooth production to satisfied the customer demand.
-To develop the skill of subordinator.
-To implement & follow up TPM on production line.
-To be responsible for the APS tools application in the responsible area.
-To participate to the production line audit
-To take a leading role in continuous improvement in the responsible area. .
-To support the new product and new production line introduction projects.
-To participate to PFMEA creation& updating & actions plan associated
-To support work of others function such as Customer Quality Support team
-To be the quality system owner of the responsible area
-To lead cycle counting and stocktaking, manage the materials and the semi-finished parts.
Level (diploma) required:
-high school or above on electricity, automation, and related engineering education background
Experience:
-Solid experience in the field of electrical automation mass production with at least 3 years production leader experience with high quality requirement..
-Experienced on working in matrix organization.
-Experience on engineering and quality management is a plus.
-Experienced on working within international project.
Technical skills required:
-Mature management skill
-Knowledge on automation system, pneumatic system, and SMT, test engineering knowledge is a plus.
-Familiar with lean manufacturing.
-
Skills in relationship and management / leadership required:
-Team work spirit
-Listening ability.
-Self starter
Languages:
-Fluent Mandarin
