职位描述：
1. 岗位职责：
a) 全面负责工厂财务部的日常管理工作；
b) 组织制定财务方面的管理制度及有关规定，并监督执行；
c) 制定、维护、改进公司财务管理程序和政策，制定年度、季度、月财务计划；
d) 协调相关部门，协同处理跨部门问题；
e) 负责编制月、季、年度财务报告；
f) 负责公司全面的资金调配，成本核算、会计核算和分析工作；
g) 负责资金、资产的管理工作；
h) 监控可能会对公司造成经济损失的重大经济活动；及时了解、发现可能的经济、财务、税务风险，提示管理层；
i) 管理与银行、税务、海关等机构的关系；
j) 协助财务总监开展财务部与内外的沟通与协调工作；
k) 完成上级交给的其他日常事务性工作。
2. 岗位要求
a) 本科及以上学历，8年以上工作经验，至少1年以上财务经理相关经验；
b) 良好的沟通能力，可以提供解决方案，独立推进项目，独立解决问题；
c) 具有全面的财务专业知识、账务处理及财务管理经验；
d) 具备优秀的报表处理能力和财务分析能力，能够从相关数据中发现和解决问题；
e) 熟悉国家财税法律规范，具备优秀的职业判断能力和丰富的财会项目分析处理经验；
f) 熟悉国家会计准则以及相关的财务、税务、审计法规、政策；
g) 熟悉ERP系统（SAP, Oracle等）
