要 求：
- Associates Degree in a technical discipline and minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in a technical support or field service role
- Good communication ability both in English and Chinese
- Capable of troubleshooting, testing and repairing electromechanical components
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Must be willing and able to travel frequently

职 责：
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Exhibit administrative paperwork proficiency which includes accuracy and timely submit of paperwork or data on a daily basis
- Prospect and sell service system including quoting and negotiating upgrade orders and service contracts
- Provide timely inventory counts and reconciliation information to complete regularly schedule inventory management process
- Manage projects effectively to exhibit an understanding of the principles behind the theories of project management
- Execute the entire installation process, including post-order paperwork flow, pre-installation requirements, structure reviews, site inspections and site acceptance testing
- Perform trial activity through execution of trial installations and trial de-installations
