职位描述
要 求：
1. Strong purchasing background in mechanical parts: minimum bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, master degree desired
2. 5-7 years experience in senior purchasing position within automotive or automotive supplier industry (Engine cooling parts) with focus on Metal parts / components
3. Additional SQE background and advantage
4. Good know-how about variety of metal components e.g. casting, machining, flat rolled Al, cold drawn bar, forgings, fine blanked, powered metal, bearings etc; has good knowledge of Al industrial standards, process knowledge.
5. Team Player; self-starter; loyal; hands-on attitude; strong personality; leadership skill
6. Familiar with CAD Software like AutoCAD, CATIA, Pro/E, UG etc.
7. Has good manufacturing, ISO/QS/TS16949 knowledge;
8. Chinese mother tongue; Very good command of English in both oral & written.
9. Strong communication, coordination and project management skill.
10. Computer knowledge of MS Office, MS Project
职 责：
1. Market research for new Metal suppliers mainly in China focusing on assigned commodity; RFQ preparation and execution drive for assigned commodities. Analysis of potential savings / turnover incl. Reporting
2. Coordination and communication with other Purchasing (overseas, JV’s) and Technical departments for Metal issues e.g. SQA, Engineering
3. Support Commodity Manager and demonstrate Project Leadership on-site (with end-to-end responsibility until EOP)
4. T&C, contract, price negotiation with suppliers for assigned commodity, service providers and subcontractors; E-Procurement tool usage
5. Need to be able to work independently, with min supervision, with the responsibility for solving (supplier) requests for assigned commodity in engineering and working in close cooperation with R&D and quality departments.
6. Develop metal cost reduction programs through technical analysis and process understanding.
7. Follow-up / Control Metal PPAP processes with suppliers and the global organization
