职位描述：
？ Duties and Responsibilities/义务与责任

1. General responsible for setting and support whole production management procedure.
2. Organize and coordinate all other resource to make sure the smooth production running according to the production planning and sales order.
3. Based on company operation strategy, make the production budget and forecast, and do the efficiency forecast and estimation for production capacity according to sales forecast, and make the related action planning such as capacity expansion investment and improvement or replacement projects.
4. Lead and give fully support to all production improvement projects.
5. Make action planning to increase KPI figures.
6. Estimate production Capacity. enlarge production planning, enhance production level, improve the production flow and control the cost ; increase products reliable & meet customers Maximum requirement;
7. Process Technology and Quality Support
8. Give the technical support for big problems happened in production to improve the efficiency and quality.
9. General coordinate production planning and logistic departments to make sure the production and related service is well-organized.
10. Work with Centralized function to make sure the operation running smoothly

- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
出色的英语口语及写作能力。

- Proficient in the design and use of Excel spreadsheets, word processing, PowerPoint software.
熟练使用Excel，Word及PPT等办公软件。

？ Requirements/要求

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of tooling/manufacturing and/or quality assurance is preferred.？
- Has continuous production line operation management experience in foreign investment company. ？
- Project management skill, Conflict management skill, strong organization and coordination and integration management skill ？
- Quality Management System Knowledge ？
