Position: Admin Manager

Report to: HR VP

Our Customer Background

Our customer is a large-sized Solar PV manufacturing company with shares traded in USA.

Job Duty:
Plans, directs and implements all aspects of the administrative work including: reception, transportation, canteen, clinic, dormitory, rubbish disposal, and office stationery etc.

Develops and implements procedures on all aspects of administration work, ensuring understanding of, and compliance with those procedures.

Ensures that the staff amenities and services are provided to a high standard but in a cost effective manner

Ensures at all times that the site is maintained in a secure manner, visitors are appropriately greeted and registered, and movements in and out of all goods, staff and other visitors are appropriately authorized.

Prepares budgets, reports and forecasts for the responsible areas according to organizational requirements, recommend approval and ensure compliance.

Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in administration management or related area

At least five 3 years administration management experience with MNC under manufacturing environment

Loyal and devoted, decency, deal with concrete matters relating to work, good attitude.

Good communication and coordination skill.

Solid knowledge of all aspects of administration management, cost consciousness
