Position: Cost Analysis Manager 成本分析经理
Location: Shanghai

Our Customer Background
Our customer is a large-sized Solar PV manufacturing company with shares traded in USA

Job Responsibilities:
？ Review and analyze existing manufacturing cost system, and be able to identify opportunities for the division to effectively control and plan material usages and production overheads.
？ Oversee the product cost function, estimate and forecast product costs, prepare reports to measure production
？ Initiate and co-ordinate cost improvement projects to add value to the production function and to drive maximum performance.
？ Encompass project works looking at continuous improvement to increase productivity and maximize profitability.
？ Act as the central resource for worldwide purchasing cost related issues
？ Develop the appropriate cost analysis tools & database to support purchasing group’s sourcing strategy
？ Conduct key cost driver benchmark in terms of different region or supplier
？ Support new project cost estimation and target cost setup
？ Conduct financial assessment to supplier and support Commodity manager for quotation analysis and negotiation
？ Conduct cost training & value presentation to the team and management and teardown analysis

？ Job Requirements:
？ Bachelor Degree in finance or accounting or above, preferably with Master Degree
？ Qualified with a good track history in production and cost management
？ Familiarity with ERP systems and big-electronics OEM Manufacturing experience will be highly advantageous
？ Familiar with US GAAP and internal Sox control
？ Strong attention to detail and an ability to build relationships with people at all levels
？ Naturally is a self-motivated, energetic person with savvy interpersonal and influencing abilities.
？ Be the mental agility to use initiative in situations of pressure to ensure your cost management reaps
