主要工作职责
1、公司高层会议的组织与落实；
2、协助总经理和公司管理层制定公司运营、研发、市场销售等各项战略和中长期目标，协助总经理监督和管理各项战略目标的实施执行情况；
3、协助总经理和公司管理层制定公司年度经营目标，协助总经理管理和追踪各项年度经营目标的完成执行情况；
4、协助总经理进行标准化和目标化管理，组织公司范围内的各项制度流程制订和修订；
5、项目申报与管理；
6、部门、集团及政府间关系协调；
7、档案与印鉴管理等。

任职要求
1、35-45岁，男性为优，本科学历以上，MBA学历优先；
2、10年以上制造业背景大型企业集团担任管理岗位从业经历；
3、形象、语言及文字能力较佳，能以英语为工作语言更佳；
4、擅长内部管理协调以及与政府各部门的沟通。
