Position: HR Director Global 人力资源总监

Report to: President and CEO

Location: Shanghai city

Customer Background: A leading player engaging in developing and running solar power stations in Asia, EMEA and North America

Key Responsibilities

HR partner to CEO and his leadership team in delivering business and organizational results

HR leader to manage global HR function, departments and staff spread over the world
Own and drive the people & organizational strategy to support operation and business growth in Asia, EMEA and North America. Deliverables include but are not limited to:
International and multicultural talent recruiting and management
Employee engagement and retention
Leadership and management team building and development

Organization planning and development
On board senior leaders of all cultures and provide coaching and insight
Organization health and effectiveness diagnosis and improvement
Change management
Interface with corporate to help to build up and develop investments worldwide

Qualifications Required

Minimum 8 years of directly applicable experience in HR leadership/management positions in major MNC players. Experience in Organization Development and Overseas HR Management is a strong plus.
Ability to work within a highly matrix environment, strong collaborator and influencer
Must be a change agent who embraces diversity and can work across different cultures seamlessly
Must be agile and is able to switch mode of operations
Complex problem solving skills with deep insights
Strong coaching skills, proven track record in people management
Excellent command of English and Chinese
