Position: Director Human Resources Global / HR Director人力资源总监

Report to: President and CEO

Location: Shanghai and Suzhou

Customer Background: A leading player in global solar power industry engaging in developing, building up and running both solar power stations and power supply grid in Asia, EMEA and North America with initial investment over RMB50 billion.

Key Responsibilities
HR partner to CEO and his leadership team in delivering business and organizational results

HR leader to manage global HR function, departments and staff spread over the world
Own and drive human resources & organizational strategy to support operation and business growth in Asia, EMEA and North America

Deliverables include but are not limited to:
International and multicultural talent recruiting and retention management
Leadership and management team building and development

Global wide organization planning and development
Organization health and effectiveness diagnosis and improvement

Employee training and career development

Multicultural Employee Relationship Development

Global C&B and payroll system management and development
Change management

Overall standpoint to manage HR function and support business development
Interface with corporate to help to build up and develop investments worldwide

Qualifications Required
Minimum 10 years of directly applicable experience in HR leadership/management positions in major MNC players. Experience in Organization Development and Overseas HR Management is a strong plus.
Ability to work within a highly matrix environment, strong collaborator and influencer
Must be a change agent who embraces diversity and can work across different cultures seamlessly
Must be agile and is able to switch mode of operations
Complex problem solving skills with deep insights
Strong coaching skills, proven track record in people management and human resources development
Excellent command of English and Chinese
