Position: Manager Overseas Recruiting / Recruiting Manager 招聘经理
Report to: Vice President Human Resources
Location: Shanghai
Customer Background: A leading player in global solar power industry engaging in developing, building up and running both solar power stations and power supply grid in Asia, EMEA and North America with initial investment over RMB50 billion.


Key Responsibilities
To be HR Recruiting Partner to Senior Management Team and functional leaders
Overseas Organization Development and Human Resources Planning
Fully and independently responsible for recruiting middle level positions for overseas entities and projects
Recruiting support to VP HR and Sr. Executives on hiring high level overseas positions (Europe and North America based positions)
Developing recruiting channels and building up global recruiting network effectively to reduce the lead time of recruiting
Verify and probe candidate qualifications, experience, capabilities, skills and expectations and recommend right candidates to hiring managers and executives


Qualifications
Minimum 8 years working experience in HR and recent 3 years experience responsible for recruiting. Overseas recruiting experience or HR experience is a plus
Overseas Education Experience is a plus
Solid experience in MFG environment
Be agile and able to switch mode of operations
Complex problem solving skills with deep insights
Good command of English
Good at communications and strong interpersonal skills
Solid experience to probe and identify qualified candidates for organization development
