工作职责：


1. 电池质量管理组织规划和团队的管理。根据电池制造工序分布规划对应的检验工序，有效组织电池质量人员培训，并对他们的工作状况进行考核；

2. 电池质量标准编制和更新。组织制（修）订电池质量管理的标准、检验操作流程、相关的记录表格，并进行批准；

3.电池产线异常的处理和跟踪。确保生产过程中产生的异常能够及时反馈给相关部门，必要时召集相关8D整改会议，并跟踪后续处理效果和再现性；

4.电池生产线过程的管理。通过过程检验、产品检验方法和数据结果管控电池生产线，维持在正常运转中。出现异常以异常单和8D处理；

5投诉的处置。来自于内外部客户投诉的信息以8D报告形式及时反馈、召集、分析、整改、关闭总结;

6.上级交办的其他业务。


职位要求：


1.本科或以上学历，理工科专业；

2. 5年以上大型制造业质量管理经验，三年电池质量管理经验；

3. 熟悉光伏电池的生产、质量控制等流程；

4.熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系和ISO/TS16949 质量管理体系；

5.了解和掌握APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA五大质量工具的运用；

6.熟悉和掌握各种审核和持续改善；

7.较强的学习、分析、理解、沟通和协调能力；

8.工作认真、积极、负责，具有较强创新意识；

9.对各相关部门提供的改进措施进行跟踪验证，并及时报告、反馈此过程中出现的问题；

10.能熟练使用常用的excel、word、powerpoint等办公软件。
