Position: Production Planning Supervisor生产计划主管

职责描述：
？ 与销售部门确认客户需求，合理制定需求计划下达到制造部；
？ 根据需求计划制定主生产计划与原材料需求计划；
？ 及时准确地下达采购指令，合理控制库存水平；
？ 负责维护系统计划相关数据，确保数据的准确与安全；
？ 跟踪订单状况并及时调整计划数据；
？ 监督计划的执行状况，定期检查、分析计划与实际的差异性；
？ 跟踪交货状况，确保计划实施的时效性与准确性，并提出改进建议。

任职要求：

？ 大学本科及以上学历；
？ 五年以上大型制造型企业计划工作经验，电子或半导体行业尤佳；
？ 精通ERP中相关模块、excel，有较强的分析能力和数字统计能力。
