职位描述
>Position: Key Account Sr. manager
>Department: Commercial China
>Report to: Sales China VP
>Location: Beijing
>Main Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for sales of China through sales and account management for defined key customers in assigned territories selling the ONE idea up to the total solutions level. The role will be based in Beijing and reporting to VP Sales China.The Key Account manager drives a coherent sales strategy for China and optimizes the use of resources to cover the market potential. The holder of the position supports company's strategic plan and is responsible for leading account management activities to achieve the operating plan. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for the following activities:
1. Work with regional teams(module, system & solution) to achieve sales, orders, and margin targets in target accounts while managing costs within budget.
2. Develop influential relationships with target customers at all levels, with a high level of inclusiveness binding in the resources necessary offered to the account team.
3. Understand decision-making processes, and develop strategies to win profitable business from those customers.
4. Uncover and document customers' key initiatives and priorities through interactions at appropriate levels of the organization.
5. Manage the Inquiry to Order (ITO) process with customers and be accountable for orders pricing/ profitability, risk, and terms and condition, services and customer satisfaction
6. Integrate and cooperate with regional teams, including contracts, finance, product support, and others in the implementation of customer strategies.
7. Maintain knowledge of market trends, customer requirements, competitor actions and customer base.
8. Establish a clear vision of market dynamics and set priorities accordingly.
9. Actively represent the company at Industry Events & Seminars
10. Strategic objectives will include: Increased market penetration, competitive information and strategic recommendations, Customer Satisfaction, and Cross Business Interactions
>Position Requirements:
1. B.S. in Engineering or business administration with PV industry experience
2. Minimum of 5 years of direct and/or strategic sales, account management experience
3. Solid experience in business development and/or building growth plans
4. Track record for driving growth and generating new customers
5. Develop and maintain customer relationships at the CEO staff level and at least the next two levels down
6. Customer-centric mindset, able to translate customer issues/needs into profitable business solutions
7. In depth understanding and expertise in China including good knowledge of key players.
8. Collaboration acumen, able to interface with both internal team members and external partners part of a solution-based process
9. Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within the organization
10. Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
