职位描述：
1.负责试验室日常的具体事务；
2.制定设备操作规程；
3.维护和保养测试设备；
4.根据试验要求及样品特征，设计试验方法和夹具；
5.编排试验计划并保证试验进度；
6.详细记录试验过程及结果，并出具试验报告；
7.搜集常用试验项目的国内外及主要客户的标准，并做比较分析；
8.管理试验样品；
9.对实验室做持续改进，以满足不断变化的公司内、外部要求；
10.参与对第三方实验室的评估、审核。

1.相关专业本科及以上学历；
2.三年以上环境和机械类试验相关工作经验,了解汽车结构及电气原理者优先；
3.熟悉各种环境和机械类对场地及外设的要求；
4.至少能使用一种三维软件进行结构设计；
5.能够看懂各种英文版的试验规范，可以用英语口语做简单交流；
6.具备一定的工程分析能力，可以判断样品失效的根本原因； 举报 分享
