DESCRIPTION IN DETAIL具体描述:
1.大专或以上学历，计算机、软件、电子或相关专业；
College or above and major in Computer/Software/Electronics or related;
2.能选择并运用适当的Microchip单片机，尤其是PIC16系列单片机，独立完成单片机外围电路以及常用通讯接口电路设计、程序编写和产品调试，一年以上成熟产品开发经验；
Can independently choose and use proper MCU from Microchip, especial PIC16 serial to finish peripheral circuit or communication interface designing, program writing and debug, more than 1 year working experience in mature production; Schematic circuit diagram design;
3.能按客户要求独立电路设计；
Finish electronic circuit design on time according to customer requirements and industry standards;
4.能够使用万用表、示波器等对自己编写的软件进行测试验证；
Can use multimeter or oscilloscope to verify and debug the programming;
5.英文具备良好的阅读和书写；
English Capability for reading and writing is preferred
6.具备团队合作精神和独立，积极向上的工作态度；
Good teamwork, independent, self-motivated and hard work with object oriented
7.熟悉ISO基本概念和研发工程工作程序；
Familiar with the basic concept and procedure of ISO & Eng. Dept. procedures,
8.4年相关电子硬件和1年相关单片机软件设计工作经验;
Minimum 4 years experience in Electronic control hardware and 1 years experience in MCU soft design,.
9.具有CAD设计能力；

JOB RESPONSIBILITY岗位责任
1.按客户要求和行业标准及时完成本公司产品设计;
Finish electronic circuit design on time according to customer requirements and industry standards;
2.选择并运用适当的Microchip单片机，尤其是PIC16系列单片机，独立完成单片机外围电路以及常用通讯接口电路设计、程序编写和产品调试；
Independently choose and use proper MCU from Microchip, especial PIC16 serial, to finish MCU's peripheral
circuit or communication interface designing, program writing and debug
3.独立完成项目的设计及验证，零部件的选择及认可；
Independently complete the design and validation for the new projects, components sourcing and qualification;
4.完成新项目的报价和制作样品；
Complete the quotation for the new projects and prototyping making.
5.评估及审核相关供应商；
Evaluate and audit the relevant suppliers; 　
6.与客户沟通以获得相关工程信息；
Contact to customer to clarify related project information;
7.为公司内部的相关部门提供技术支持
