职位描述：
Job description

1. Collect and statistics the quality data as report monthly /quarterly/yearly on time.
2. Monitor monthly KPI to achieve company annual target.
3. Create, maintain and implement quality management system, ensure the operating systems run with quality system.
4. Deal with Non-conforming product to monitor and follow up the quality exception during the whole process, plan the quality improvement both process and product.
5. Coordinate Program Manager for new production approved by customer, submit PPAP on time.
6. Create the related quality work instruction.
7. Organize related department to find out the root cause of the customer complaint and countermeasure as leader. Prepare the quality report and send to customer.
8. Host customer audits and follow up with improvement actions.
9. Other tasks assigned by immediate manager.

Requirements

1. College or above, at least 3 years of experience in quality function of manufacturing.
2. Knowledge of TS16949 is required.
3. Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
