Responsibilities；
1. Customer order handling in SAP, including checking price, payment term, delivery date, order input in RFS Shanghai, Trignac and Hannover system, providing order confirmation to customer, arranging delivery, third party PO releasing, tracking order status, following project and keeping Sales informed, mailing invoices to customer, etc;
2. Maintain customer database in SAP;
3. Co-ordinate with Operation Dept., QA Dept., Finance Dept.,etc;
4. Handle customer inquiry, customer complaint and satisfactory survey;
5. Maintain and record sales related documents;
6. Project support and sample order handling;
7. Other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Requirements;
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. At least 2 years similar work experiences
3. High responsibility
4. Be positive and active
5. Team work spirit
6. Good English skill both in written and oral
7. Advanced knowledge in SAP system and Office software
8. Excellent communication skill
9. Good interpersonal ability
