C1. Areas of responsibility
1. Recruitment & Integration
? Carry out all recruitment activities in line with approved manpower plan and within stipulated timelines
? Prepare data analysis and reports relating to manpower availability and trends for management review
? Screen and shortlist candidates, schedule interviews with Hiring Managers and support in the selection
? Maintain the recruitment database of interview comments, candidates’ details and other data pertaining to recruitment to ensure easy retrieval.
? Maintain contact with recruitment agencies and consultants by exchanging ideas and information and coordinating recruitment of candidates through them.
? Coordinate with the relevant departments for the on-boarding of new hires.
2. Learning & Devt.
? Support in the implementation of learning tools, training evaluation processes and procedures to ensure quality delivery of learning and development
? Support in the planning and organising of training, work-shops and events coordinated by L&D Manager
? Update training databases and files on a timely basis
? Support in the preparation of L&D related reports and presentations
3. Compensation & Benefits
? Provide support in the implementation of Compensation & Benefits policies and incentive plans in all the offices to ensure consistent promotion and consistent of programs
4. General HR
? Provide support in the updating of HR records for SAP HR implementation
? Assist in the organisation and coordination of employee recreational activities
? Ensure all personnel files and records are filed accurately and in a timely manner
Skills:
S1. Education
? Diploma or Degree holder
? Additional qualifications in HR an advantage
S2. Experience
? Minimum 3 -5years work experience as HR generalist in a multi-national organisation
S3. Technical
? Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint (Intermediate / Expert level)
? Familiar with MS Outlook or Lotus Notes
? Proficient in written communication (English)
S4. People
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
? Proficiency in English and native language
? Competence in relevant systems/ tools
S5. Behaviour
