职位描述：
此职位负责工厂成本核算、成本管理以及库存管理。能够正确核算库存以成本。
a) 正确核算产品成本以及库存
b) 根据BOM结构计算产品成本；
c) 对库存进行管理，根据公司盘点计划实施监盘，对盘点差异进行分析并提出处理意见；
d) 与相关部门良好沟通，处理成本核算的事宜；
e) 会操作ERP系统，了解成本核算架构；
f) 编制成本管理计划，提供成本资料，找到可以改进的问题提出解决方案；
g) 统计、核对和分析来自各部门成本相关的数据，进行成本核算；
h) 做好相关成本资料的整理、归档、数据库建立、查询和更新工作；
i) 参与成本管理体系的建设，协助制定总体方案和实施办法；
j) 完成领导安排的其他工作

2. 岗位要求:
a) 本科及以上学历，会计、财务、金融相关专业毕业，有会计从业资格证书；
b) 有3年以上成本相关工作经验；
c) 工作细致，责任感强，良好的沟通能力，学习能力，独立工作能力；
d) 具备成本核算与成本管理知识，专业财务理论与实践经验
e) 具备良好的财务分析能力，具有强烈的成本意识；
f) 熟悉财务报表的处理，熟练使用word、excel等办公软件，有使用金蝶K3财务软件经验者优先。 举报 分享
