Job Description

? Good in Accounting knowledge
? Timely registration of Invoices and 100% accuracy
? Handle the Supplier Queries via email Ontime
? Ensure the Payments are executed on time as per the Bank Cut off time
? Identify areas for improvement and implementation of ideas within area of responsibility
? Ensure Invoices are registered as per the defined process guidline in SOP’s
? Flexible for shifts and weekend working based on the process requirement

Job Requirements (Please specify mandatory skills, additional skills)

o Certification in Accounts Payables – TAPN (Accounts Payable Specialist) - preferred
o Good understanding on Accounts Payable Process
o Good Communication Skills
o Working knowledge in MS Office applications
o Focused and ability deliver on goals / targets
o Language – Mandarin & English (other APAC languages shall be added advantage – Korean, Japanese) 举报 分享
