职位描述：
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-Integrates, tests, installs, configures, and/or supports Factory MES systems.
-Coordinates factory requirements, maps them to MES systems capabilities, and recommends technical solutions.
-Drives continuous improvement efforts to meet MES systems health goals, as well as emerging capability needs.
-Manage MSSQL infrastructure to meet performance, security, high availability and other requirements.
-Perform operational DBA duties in a large-scale, complex environment. These will include patching, environments cloning, database upgrades and application upgrades, implementing backup and monitoring procedures.
-Technical support (troubleshooting, problem solving) on integrated ERP (MES, LIMS and SAP).
-Communicate with headquarter (global MES, IS, Business IT) on technical issue.

任职要求：
-3 years above experience in troubleshooting SQL triggers, views, managing locks, indexes, performance issues, instance creation and configuration
-Knowledge in SSIS, .NET, HTML5 experience, database administration, maintenance, support, Performance tuning, increasing availability
-Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
