Description
Position: HR Director
Developing strong talent management and succession planning to support the overall global strategy.
Leading labor relations with all manufacturing sites.
Attract and retain the highest potential employees in line with business and succession planning processes.
Significant labour law changes are occurring across the region. Continue to deploy best practices to keep us fully compliant with these as they develop.
Direct and provide leadership with Human Resources practices and objectives to provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes labor, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce
Provide guidance, coaching and direction on internal employee relations issues according to company practice, working on corrective actions and performance evaluations.
Set up/improve HR related policy and process.


Profile
Strong background in Labour Relations and manufacturing with solid experience in Business Partner role.
Well versed in change management and HR transformation
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with leaders, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with different function team members of the organization.
Fluent in English
