职位描述：
? Provide technical expertise across the external fermentation network for Zoetis
? Monitor and report fermentation and downstream purification process performance across the external network
? Identify and mitigate quality and supply risks
? Participate in complex troubleshooting and problem solving activities across the manufacturing network promoting utilization of the DMAIC process
? Facilitate the flow of sufficient information from all sources to fully understand customer needs, and follow up to assure business requirements are fully met

? Provide GMS fermentation and downstream processing expertise and input with regard to preferred process technologies on co-development and launch teams
? Develop and maintain relationships with colleagues within the GMS and VMRD networks to identify potential value-creating opportunities for fermentation process improvement
? Keep abreast of technological advances specific to fermentation technologies, applying new techniques where appropriate
? Participate in due diligence efforts and technical assessment of CMOs to support evaluation of potential sourcing options/changes


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
? BS degree in biochemical/chemicalengineering or related discipline is required
? 10 years of industry experience, minimumof 5 years of experience with scaling-up fermentation processes and technology transfer
? Knowledge of manufacturing facilities and equipment capabilities and constraints
? Mastery of scientific principles, practices and theories
? Skilled in applying statistical methods to fermentation process performance 举报 分享
