JD Summary:
1. Responsible for regional activated carbon sales & service work.
2.Company Brand broadcasting.
3.Developing & Managing the agent channels.
4.Market information collection.
Key Responsibility:
1.Manages sales territory and sells products, generating target levels of revenue, volume, margins, and days outstanding from customer base. Develops volume and revenue forecasts, sales plans and strategies for achieving desired results.
2.Effectively communicates and negotiates sales contracts with customers. Educates customers on new products and product enhancements; articulates and presents product features and benefits.
3.Collects real customer needs and seeks solutions together with all team internal to get real business
4.Identifies new market opportunities as well as target builds; seeks out competitive information. Establishes and maintains processes that ensure accurate budget and forecast information for the business.
5.Understands of value based sales acts and brings benefits to end users , to get trust and long term cooperation.
Education: at least bachelor’s degree in chemistry , environmental ,biological
Qualification:
1. 3-7 years work experiences as sales or marketing .
2. Interpersonal : honest , team work ability, hard working person , good at communication , good learning ability , Compressive capacity , aggressive on developing new business , understanding of value based sales.
3. Skills : drive license, good at written and speaking English, basic computer skills.
4. Travel required: Yes
