MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education / Experience
1. University degree or above in science (chemistry, food, pharmaceutical, microbiology preferred).
1. Minimum of 5 years of industrial quality management experiences with 2 years of role as vendor auditor or internal auditor.
Special Knowledge
1. Auditing and troubleshooting knowledge.
2. Quality system knowledge of ISO9000/HACCP, CMS and GMP is essential.
3. Dairy process understanding.
Skill
1. Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
2. Good interpersonal skill.
3. Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the job.
4. Good at analysis, problem solving.
5. Project management skill.

1. Establish and implementation the annual Integrated Audit System of site; coordinate with Corporate audits, as well as the pertaining Supplier audit/contractor audit/contracted service audit; follow up the commitment based on the agreed CAPA plan until it’s close out so as to ensure that quality system accord to the Corporate requirements.

2. Organize and lead the qualified auditors to conduct the internal audit according to IAP schedule to make sure all related quality system is under appropriate control and effective.

3. Organize and coordinate 3rd part audit for ISO9000/HACCP , NQMS, CMS, and QS inspection, as well as follow up the CAPA plan with root cause identified until the commitment is fulfilled fully to ensure the related quality system is under control.

4. Support global and lead local audit for the Supplier/Contractor/Contracted Service audit to make sure those providers can meet the requirements of Corporate.

5. Food safety assessment for site change control and HACCP plan related event in plant, including non-BOM critical items material food safety management, to ensure the system’s effectiveness.
6. Lead vendor audits assigned by global, submit audit report, and follow up the implementation of CAPA raised by vendor until it is closed out.

7. Administrate and maintain all the controlled quality documents as quality System required thru document lifecycle, including issuing, reviewing, approval, distribution, archive, retention, periodic reviewing, withdrawal and retirement, as well as document change management to ensure all of them compliance with the requirements of Wyeth quality System and local regulations.

8. Familiar with Nestle quality standard and periodic review Nestle quality standard for any modification and coordinate local pertaining procedure updating timely to make sure local procedures conforming to Corporate requirements.

9. As supervisor in general with below accountability:
- Lead the team to achieve the predefined targets
- Coach, develop the personnel who is reporting to this position directly.
10. General:
- Be knowledgeable with applicable policies, Procedures of WNC, to ensure continuous compliance to quality requirement in designated areas of responsibilities.
- Support and/or finish other assignments to ensure the delivery of the overall functional objectives as required.
- Be aware of EHS requirement in own work area
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

1．建立和实施工厂完整的审核计划系统，协调总部的质量审核，和对供应商、合同商、合同服务商的MSQA审计，跟踪所有CAPA的完成情况直到关闭以确保GMP体系符合总部的要求

2．组织和领导合格的内审员按综合审核计划开展内部审核以确保相关的质量管理体系有效和处于合适的控制下

3．组织和协调第三方审核如ISO9001/HACCP/GMP/CMS/NQMS以及生产许可证审核，并确定不符合项的原因和跟踪整改知道所有的措施都关闭为止，确保相关的质量体系符合要求。

4．协助总部和领导中国本地供应商/合同商/合同服务商的审计，以确保被审计者符合公司的要求。

5．对工厂的变更和HACCP 计划进行食品安全评估，包括非BOM表中GMP关键物料的，确保食品安全体系的有效性
6．领导由总部委派的供应商审核，提交审核报告，跟踪纠正措施的完成情况直至关闭

7．按质量体系的要求，在其生命周期内管理与维护所有质量相关文件，包括建立、审核、批准、分发、归档、保存、周期性审核和作废，同时包括文件的变更管理以确保所有流程均符合惠氏质量体系和当地法规的要求。

8．熟悉雀巢质量标准，定期关注其相关的所有修改，协调工厂内部所有相关文件的同步更新，以确保所有工厂文件符合集团的要求。

- 辅导、发展直接下属的能力
 

10. 日常工作
- 熟悉适用的政策、标准和工厂程序的要求，以确保责任区域质量的持续符合性
