职位描述：
Overview of Responsibilities:
? Handle all payments in compliance with school policy and legal requirements
? Tuition fee collection and reconciliation
? Cash and bank accounts bookkeeping
? Issue and distribute invoices
? Prepare monthly payment schedule on time and follow it.
? Update project payment list every month.
? School activity list – check with expats.
? Communicate with internal and external related parties.
? To ensure that all reports are submitted to Finance Assistant / Finance Manager on time and 100% accurate.
? Assist Finance manager / other Finance staff on other assignments.
And any other job or function given to you by the person to whom you report
Skills and Experience Required:
? College Degree or above, major in Accounting/finance
? At least one year of working experience in Finance and accounting, with multinational company is preferable
? Strong PC skills, familiar with MS office, accounting software
? Fluent written and verbal English to work in an English-speaking environment
? Work independently and under pressure
? Strong sense of responsibility and a team player
