职位描述：
Timely calculate direct material purchase request ；Issue order to supplier and follow up delivery status；
Urgent order pull in and over inventory push out。


 Key duties include:
? Calculate direct material request through S&OP tool
? Release PO in Oracle and send to suppliers in time
? Source local supplier, find right supplier according to request from customer
? Convert PR to PO for in-directs material on a timely basis
? Follow up closely from order placement to shipment
? Inventory control and management
? Collaborate with relevant functions and suppliers in case of any abnormal supply
? Fulfill other task as assigned

2-3 years or above purchasing experience
Be familiar with Oracle operation knowledge
? Familiar with both direct and in-direct material procurement process;
? Quick learning and good communication & analytic skills;
? English literate (Good oral and written English);
? Be good computer skill
? Work under pressure
? Creativity, look for new and innovative ways to improve purchasing process
