Report to: Assistant HR& ADM Manager - Logistics

General Responsibilities:
Responsible for recruitment and support on human resources related matters of DSV Logistics Company;
Business Administration support DSV Logistics Company.


Detailed Responsibilities:
HR management
1. Working closely with departments / sites, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
2. Liaising with range of people involved in HR operations and act as primary contact person with HR agency.
3. Promoting company culture through various HR operations and administrative services.
4. Supervision of daily HR operation in line with company policy and procedures.
5. Resolve employee relationship related issues and create a better working environment that will boost employee morale and team spirit.

Recruitment
1. Will oversee the recruitment process from personnel requisition, advertisement posting, screening of candidates, interview schedule, conduct initial interview, and evaluate candidates ensuring conformity with the qualifications/standards set by the Company.
2. Responsible for the preparation of the required employment documents, incl. but not limited to contract appointment for newly hired employees, employee movement forms and other HR related documents.
3. Keep updated of labor market trend for sustainable workforce supply by business needs.

C&B
1. Ensure monthly payroll/social welfare administration accuracy, Covering calculation, personnel cost analysis, reporting & filing.
2. Review monthly performance bonus, OT allowance, Meal subsidy and Transportation allowance.
3. Maintain and update HRIS databases; consult with HR systems analysts regarding problems with programming and data. integrity, and make recommendations for system enhancement.
4. Involve annual bonus issue covering data preparation, analysis, implementation after approval.
5. Involve annual HR budget preparation, communicate to BU Managers for adjustment, analyze for management review.
6. Involve annual salary adjustment issue, providing the relative data for salary review supporting; and prepare new salary letter.

Performance Management
1. Process and administrate employee performance review and appraisals per Company guidelines.
2. Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures.
3. Conduct existing interviews.
4. Handle leave monitoring and payroll preparation administrations, such as attendance checking, reporting.
5. Must be able to carry out new employee orientation and assist in the implementation of training programs per requests.

Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Managers.


Qualifications & Requirements
Knowledge & Skills: Fluent English / Mandarin, MS office skills
Education & Training: College above, HR Management/Psychology/Social Science or equivalent.
Experience: At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, manufactory and / or 3PL WH recruitment experience.
Personal Characteristics: People-oriented, amiable, patient and possesses good communication skills, accountable, well organized and self-disciplinary
