职位描述：
--Product Design：
(1) Work with cross functional teams in order to transform VOC into internal specifications and design features, documented properly as PRD.
(2) Design and develop new products in order to meet customer requirements.
(3) Lead design reviews, tolerance analysis, CAE simulation and DFMEA in order to ensure reliable design.
--Product Validation：
(1) Work with FAI approvals, Process Capability Study, judging manufacturing deviations and make decisions on deviation acceptance.
(2) Work with labs in order to ensure product testing’s or design verification pass.
(3) Failure mode analysis and improvement in order to optimize the product.
--Documentation：
(1) Engineering 2D-3D drawings generation.
(2) Engineering document such as product specifications, application specifications, test specifications, teaching procedures, DFMEA, BOMs etc.
(3) Engineering report, presentation and technical paper.
--Technical Supporting：
(1) Work with cross functional teams in order to address new product development, product extensions, maintenance, cost savings, and any engineering issues
(2) Work with sale, Field engineer and PM in order to provide engineering evaluation, proposal, concept and solutions timely.
(3) Perform/coordinate failure analysis work, determine corrective action, and complete implementation Engineering support in order to support mass production in plant and customer complaint issue
Requirement& Qualification：
1. Bachelor degree or above in in mechanical engineering or other related field.
2. More than 2 years design experience in connector or cable assembly field. Automotive relevant, coaxial connector or high frequency design experience is plus.
3. Familiar with engineering software: Creo or Pro/E. Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc
4. Basic knowledge in molding, stamping, plating, assembly process
5. Familar with test standard (such as IEC, EIA, etc.). Automotive standard is strong plus.
6. Proficient in writing and reading. Oral English is strong plus.
7. Integrity, accountability, logical, detail-oriented, self-motivated.
8. High team work spirit and team work experience, ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments
9. Effective problem solving skills, willingness/ability to deal with multiple product and assigned tasks under high pressure
10. Good communication skills
