RESPONSIBILITIES
? Global raw materials data base set up and maintenance
? Manage data and information from global bids
? Prepare periodic report
? Circulate report to internal stakeholders
? Support Procurement center to maintain master data and validate in SAP system
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS
? Good skill on communication, coordination
? Good command of English on listening, reading and writing, moderate English speaking
? Proficiency in computer operation, especially Excel savvy (using Macros, Pivots, Advance Formulas)
? Good working attitude, and capability of improving himself/herself
? Chemistry &/or Procurement background will be an added advantage
? On a 6 month contract with a chance to renew if required
