职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 运用精益工具对现场进行持续改善，控制浪费；
2. 与上级一起评估分析工厂价值流状况，协同各部门制定年度改善计划；
3. 组织精益生产讨论小组，参与各精益管理方案的研讨，参与精益管理实施工作；
4. 基于年度改善计划，运用公司标准的跟踪和汇报系统，推动项目的进程，确保项目及时关闭；
5. 提出优化生产工艺流程、提高生产效率、降低库存的实施方案；
6. 负责月度精益改善的推动、汇总以及汇报工作。


岗位要求：
1. 工业工程或机械设计及其自动化专业（在校生）；
2. 英语良好；
3. 具备逻辑思维与创造性解决问题的能力；
4. 工作积极主动，能吃苦耐劳，善于沟通；
5. 熟练使用office办公软件、CAD 软件。 举报 分享
