职位描述：
Main Responsibility:
-Take telephone reservations and ensure adherence to company standard
-Be always proactive in up selling and be always creative and proactive inrecommending ways of achieving better result
-Efficiently and accurately input data in the guest database (CRM) assuring adherence to company standard and legal requirements
-understand the guest mood, ready to work on the solution of the emergency;
-Be familiar with all Front Desk related Standard Operations Procedures and hotel’s policies and procedures
-accurate quickly check-in formalities that register, reasonable arrangements for all kinds of room
Requirements:
-good appearance
-good attitude
-good spoken and written English
