职位描述：
岗位职责

1、完成需求分析，负责产品线的规划、设计、实施；

2、负责产品设计，产品需求文档PRD的书写工作；

3、负责产品的线下、线上的功能及流程验收测试，保证项目进度和品质；

4、设计互联网产品业务流程，从产品设计上降低产品风险；

5、产品日常情报收集与整理、用户需求调研、市场竞争分析，分析竞争对手产品，及行业内外所有相关产品；

6、产品运营数据日常整理与分析，系统运营质量日常监控，对产品持续改进。


任职条件

1、 本科以上学历；1-2年左右互联网企业相关工作经验，如有消费金融工作经验、产品经 理、产品运营方面经验优先考虑；

2、 熟悉互联网金融产品整体实现过程，包括需求分析，方案设计，项目管理，产品发布；

3、 熟练使用office，viso,mindmanager，Axure等工具；

4、 思维清晰，具备较强的执行力及抗压性；

5、 具有良好的团队合作精神，具备良好的团队沟通与协作能力。
