Responsible for:
? Making, implementing and achieving daily production plan
? Managing headcount according to demand and forecast under budget
? OTD achieving with 100% and no backlog
? Train the shift/line leader to make the team grow up
? Communicate and solve production problem with other function team
? Defining 5S and sustaining 5S
? Implementing lean production to make continuous improvement
? Implementing TPM and TQM to sustain a stable and precise production system
? Well control for scrap and attrition

Job Requirement
任职资格 :
? Bachelor’s degree, major in Electronics or Mechatronics
? Above 5 years-experience in manufacturing with similar position
? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
? Highly analytical thought
? Team work spirit and good at communication
? Familiar with Lean implementation
? Better be familiar with Six Sigma, TPM &TQM 举报 分享
