Main responsibilities
- To ensure that every Return operation smoothly.
- Improve the Return operation accuracy and productivity.
- Strengthen the team construction, make the team members to keep high passion.
- Continuously improve internal problems, make the operation process to be more perfect.
- Keep good communication with customers, make exception handling skilful and quickly.
Working quality
- Improve the operation accuracy in order to improve customer satisfaction.
- In existing manpower and resources under the premise of maximum play to team spirit, a quick fix to handle exceptions.
The responsibilities are not limited to the above; the job holder will also follow other work assigned by DC assistant manager.
Education Level
- BS/BA required, preferably in Production Management, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management
Work experience
- 3-5 years production/logistics operation experience, preferred in DC/warehouse return experience..
Personal Character
- Good analytical thinking with experience in operation process.
- Open minded and passionate, good communication skills
- Good team player and able to work under pressure in fast pace environment.
Others:
- Excellent skills in MS office (especially Excel/Word/PPT/Project).
- Good written English skill is a plus.
