职位描述：
Responsibilities：
1 Develop molding processes through scientific molding.
2 Troubleshoot and resolve problems with new and old molds, processes, and equipment through statistical analysis, new technologies and DOE’s.
3 Resolve quality and production problems by working with Tool room, Quality Control, Process Engineering, Production, Maintenance and Liaison with Engineering.
4 Improve the quality of incoming molds and processes by working with the corporate Design/Process Engineers and Toolmakers through Design Reviews and attending meetings with those groups
5 Work with equipment and material vendors to resolve machine and material issues and develop new processes and procedures.
6 Involvement in starting up new machines and equipment through equipment decisions, purchasing of equipment, debugging of equipment, developing processes and writing instructions and procedures.
7 Maintain a safe work environment and good housekeeping practices.
8 Develop process and cost improvements/savings.
9 Training production operators on molding equipment, processes and materials.
10 Understand, support and contribute to current Adval Tech culture and the Quality and Environmental systems by following stated policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
1 A two-year technical degree in molding or related field is required. A four-year technical degree in molding/plastics field is highly desired.
2 Prior experience in the plastics field is required. Five plus years’ experience in molding/plastics is preferred. Suitable candidates have multiple years of experiencing as shift leader or hands on process engineer
3 Must be adept at troubleshooting problems and able to systematically plan projects.
4 Good organizational and communication (written and oral) skills.
5 Effective inter-personal skills.
6 Experience using word processing and spreadsheet software.
7 Ability to read and understand mold and part drawings.
8 Must be able to plan, coordinate and control costs on projects 举报 分享
