职位描述：
依据流程进行新产品试模并确定相关工艺参数，给出消除新模具问题的建议，支持新模具开发。
Test the new mold and determine the best process spec according to the process of the company, and give proposal to eliminate the new injection molds problems, support the new injection molds development.
负责设计、测试及验收新产品的机械手治具。
Be responsible to design, test and acceptance the gripper of the new product.
编制并优化机械手程序。
Compile and improve the programs of the robot.
准备试模过程资料，依据流程完成试模生产交接转移。
Be responsible for process documentation preparation for mold transferring; introduce the new mold to the series production.
作为跨职能团队成员来协助解决装配和客户反馈的质量问题。
Function as team member on cross-functional teams to address assembly/customer quality issues.
实施和协调所有变更现有成型过程的编写和批准所需的文档。
Implement and coordinate all changes to existing molding processes by writing and approving required documentation.
参与评审塑料零件设计的可制造性及工艺能力。
Review the manufacturability and process capability of plastic parts design.
参与审核供应商模具设计方案并提出自己的建议。
Review the mold design from the supplier and give some proposal.
识别并推动成本改善。
Identify and drive cost Improvement.
支持新工艺、材料、辅助设备的开发及实现。
Support the implementation of new processes, material and auxiliary equipment in the molding production area.
协助国外同事完成出口模具的试模。
Assist the foreign colleagues to complete the export mold testing.
协助处理量产模具出现的技术问题。
Assist to deal with the technical problems of the series production.
持续改进计划的实施。
Implementation of continuous improvement program.
完成上级分配的其它工作。
Accomplish other works allocated by supervisor.

Requirements:
Completed professional qualification as a process engineering technician for plastic materials
5 years of professional experience as a machine setup/application engineer in the field of injection moulding
Master of technical engineer degree
Knowledge in data processing (MS Office, SAP R/3, CQC-Workbench, Moldflow)
